To be eligible for ELAM, candidates must have held the rank of associate professor in an academic institution for at least two years and have had administrative experience in personnel and budget management.

To be eligible for ELH, candidates should be seven years out of training, hold an MD or MD-equivalent degree, have program-level leadership and institutional-level responsibilities (e.g., operational or strategic management), and aspirations to executive-level health system roles. 

Please note that the cost of program participation will be shared by the nominating department and Dean’s Office.
