The Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development (FALD) would like to announce that our Leader As Coach Fall 2024 cohort has successfully completed the program! In this 7-week program, 20 faculty and staff developed their coaching skills as leaders in the School of Medicine. Since Fall 2022, 107 folks have completed the Leader as Coach program.
