Network Services Fees

The Network Services staff provides the technical support for the School of Medicine network. They configure, install and monitor the electronic switches that make up the School of Medicine network backbone. They also install and activate new network ports throughout the School of Medicine.

To make a request for service, please call 962-HELP or submit an online help request. For emergencies that occur outside of business hours, or to report a network outage, please call the OIS on call pager at 1-888-982-0493.
