2019-2020 SHRA Performance Appraisals
- The 2019-2020 SHRA Performance Cycle end date has been moved from March 31, 2020 to June 30, 2020. The 2019-2020 SHRA Performance Cycle is now 15 months due to this extension.
- Supervisors can continue to use their current (2019-2020) employee performance plan through June 30, 2020.
- SHRA appraisals are required to be completed by August 31, 2020. SHRA appraisal documents should be sent to the Departmental Human Resources when completed.
- Due to current guidance surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, the signature and in-person appraisal meeting requirements will be reassessed prior to August 1, 2020.
2020-2021 SHRA Performance Plans
- The 2020-2021 SHRA Performance Plans are required to be completed by August 31, 2020.
- Similar to the process for the 2019-2020 SHRA Performance Appraisals, the signature and in-person performance planning meeting requirements will be reassessed prior to August 1, 2020.
- The 2020-2021 SHRA Performance Cycle will end on March 31, 2021 and the cycle will be 9 months long.
