Cache Issues
Sometimes after regularly being on your site, you may stop seeing changes made to Cells or Directory Profiles. This is likely due to cache. Cached data can delay updates and prevent recent changes, like new edits or changes to profiles, or when making changes to a Syndication Cell.
Rather than seeing changes made immediately, they may appear for you as a site editor a day later. This is an issue that can be resolved by clearing the page’s URL cache and/or by emptying the cache and doing a hard refresh.
Note: Despite you as a site user not being able to see Cells or Directory Profile changes made to your site, it is very likely that people who visit your site will be able to see your changes.
To Clear URL Cache
At the top of the page, click on “Clear URL Cache.”

To Empty Cache and Hard Refresh
1. Right-click anywhere on the page and click on “Inspect.”

2. Then, in the top left corner of your screen, right-click on the refresh symbol. You will then be able to click on “Empty cache and hard refresh.”

After completing one or both of these actions, the updated content should appear.
